By using tarot-read.com ("Tarot Read") you agree to these terms.

The service

Tarot Read offers digital tarot readings. Cards are drawn at random and interpretations are generated with AI. Readings are for reflection and entertainment only and are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Do not rely on them for important decisions.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Purchases

Paid readings are one-time purchases processed securely by Stripe at the price shown before checkout. Because a reading is delivered immediately as digital content, you agree that it begins at once and the right of withdrawal ends upon delivery. If a reading fails to generate after payment, contact us and we will regenerate it or refund you.

Promotional codes

Codes have limited validity and redemptions, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, scrape content or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

The Tarot Read name, design and generated content are owned by us. You may share your readings for personal, non-commercial use.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
